Back in the spring of 2010, unemployment had reared it’s ugly head and I was applying for jobs left & right. Then I had an idea… most jobs rely heavily on your resume and your references to take someone from a potential candidate to a new hire. The problem I was finding was that there was no way for them to even know I had great references for them to reach out to – so, I started using social media, videos, and a few friends to brought my references to them. I got a lot more support than I ever expected with this one…
Turned out there was another job in-store for me that I hadn’t expected to come so quickly…
